Welcome everyone,
While viewing these following pages you will see everything the Biocenosis and Mediterranean Flora groups did during the week. The leaders of the groups were: Biocenosis - Ivana Biško Mediterranean Flora - Marela Donjerković With the help of 4 other teachers we were able to successfully finish our tasks at the international Euro Camp. The Euro Camp was held from the 25th of May till the 1st of June on Prišćapac, Prižba. Workshops were held from 9 am till 12 pm then from 4 pm till 6 pm. During the week we did a lot of different things which you can read about in the following pages. I have also enclosed photos so you can take a look at how we did things. Both groups combined together for most of the tasks which we were given to do because all the Hungarian students wanted to work by the sea. On the first day the teachers decided it would be a good idea to get to know each other before we started our work, so we played a few games which you can read about in Getting to know each other. That afternoon we were given a task to collect rubbish from the beach and around the Peninsula to see what we could find and to make a survey of the amount of items found. You can read about it in Collecting Rubbish. On Tuesday it was bad weather. It was raining so we had to work indoors. We did a bit of micro scoping which you can read about in Microscoping. On Wednesday all the Hungarian students and the Croatian students from the 2 groups went to visit Blato. They saw the Oil factory, wine cellar etc... You can read all about it in Visiting the wine cellar and Oil factory in Blato. On Friday we dived in the sea to find some sea animals. That afternoon we had our presentation which was a success.
